Unit 10 - 2.1 Use
Knowledge of the characteristics & context to plan and develop creative
solutions for a chosen A&D activity.
Basically what you need to do for this is to refer back to what you've learned and identified, relating to the context and characteristics, when writing up any of your planning.
The advice is that whenever you conduct any practical activities you should produce a plan for the activities before you make the work. This applies to even the simplest of activities.
The plan should include details such as...
- When?
- Who with?
- How?
- Why?
- What for?
- With what equipment?
Also use your knowledge of the context and characteristics you've learned from your research to develop creative solutions for your work.
Planning should appear at several stages within a project. There should be an initial over-arching plan written up at the start of the project after the research stage.(Remember you're research should be done at the start of the project in the first few days). You could in fact write up a plan in conjunction with your research! Once that's done as previously indicated the planning should be produced prior to any practical activities.
